At B8, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to enhance your B8 lifestyle. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to exchange or return a product.
Exchanges
If you received a product that doesn't meet your expectations, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. However, for sanitary reasons, we can only accept exchanges under the following circumstances:
The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
The product must not have been used or damaged.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at hello@b8b8.club and provide a picture of the product in the condition you received it. This verification step ensures that the product meets the necessary criteria. Once approved, we will provide you with B8 store credits equivalent to the final sales amount, which you can use to continue your B8ing journey with us.
Refunds
In the event that you receive a product with manufacturing defects, we are more than happy to provide a cash refund. To request a refund, please email us at hello@b8b8.club with a detailed explanation of the issue, along with supporting images that clearly highlight the manufacturing defect. Our customer support team will respond within 3-5 working days and guide you through the refund process. Please note the following important points:
For both exchanges and cash refunds, the request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund request if the conditions mentioned above are not met.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs associated with an exchange or refund.
